Contract Flexibility
Contract Length Options
Choose between 5-25 year contracts. Most customers select 10-15 years for optimal pricing. Longer contracts mean lower rates.
Early Termination
You can end early by purchasing the system at a prorated cost. For example, with a 10-year contract, the buyout price decreases by 10% each year.
End of Contract Options
When your contract ends, you can have the system removed, purchase it at a heavily discounted rate, or continue at the same energy rate.
Billing & Consumption
Simple Billing Process
We install a supplementary meter that tracks your consumption in 30-minute intervals. You'll receive a monthly bill for energy produced by our system at your fixed rate.
Example Savings
For 10,000 kWh usage at 30p/kWh (£3,000), our system might produce 7,500 kWh at 16p/kWh (£1,200), with remaining 2,500 kWh from grid (£750). Total: £1,950, saving £1,050.
Metering & Technical Requirements
Smart Meter Compatibility
If you have a modern bi-directional "smart meter" or "net meter," no separate export meter is needed. These meters track both consumption and export energy.
Export MPAN Process
After installation, you'll receive certification from the DNO containing your Export MPAN. Share this with our Solar team to complete the final sign-off process.
Reliability & Backup Options
Grid Integration
Our system complements your existing supply. If solar can't meet demand, you automatically draw from the grid.
Battery Backup
Optional battery solutions available for continuous power during grid outages. Ask for a quote.
Maintenance Included
We handle all cleaning, maintenance, and monitoring to ensure peak performance.
Property Changes & Ownership
Building Owner Permission
We require building owner agreement for installation. Owners benefit from improved EPC ratings after installation.
Selling or Changing Tenants
Options include transferring the contract to new occupants at the same rate or buying the system at a proportional cost based on age.

Having a cheaper electricity source included with a property is a valuable selling point for new tenants or buyers.
Additional Services
EV Charging Solutions
We can install EV chargers alongside your solar system. Visitors can use them at competitive rates, with optional revenue sharing for your business.
System Purchase Option
If preferred, you can purchase the solar system outright at a competitive price instead of our Energy For All plan.
